Please complete this form to register for SDUPCI Family Camp.

A $25.00 registration deposit is required to secure your spot.

You will also be asked to select your top 2 lodging preferences. While we will do our best to honor your first choice, room assignments are not guranteed due to limited availability.

Please Note: A separate registration form must be submitted for each room or lodging type requested. (example: hotel style, RV site, tent site, etc.)

For youth dorms, families may submit one registration form for all children staying in the dorms.

Camp offers 6 meals (Breakfast & Supper) Tuesday - Thursday. The purchase of meals is not required. Meals are purchased as a package only and cannot be separated.

Standard Meal Package (Age 6 and up) - $65
Child Meal Package (Age 3-5) - $40
